Small Group Personal Training

At our Buckshaw Village gym, you’ll follow a structured training plan, receive individual coaching and technique correction, and progress at your own pace — without the high cost of traditional personal training. It’s ideal if you want guidance, accountability, and real results.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Our 1-to-1 personal training in Chorley offers fully personalised coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and ability level. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve confidence, or return to exercise safely, your coach will design a plan just for you and support you every step of the way. This is the best option if you want maximum focus and accountability.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym at Super-Me Fitness Buckshaw Village gives you the freedom to train independently in a friendly, well-equipped space — without the pressure of a big commercial gym. You can follow your own programme or combine open gym sessions with coached training. Our team is always nearby if you need help, advice, or a confidence boost.

Speciality Classes

Our speciality classes at Super-Me Fitness in Buckshaw Village, Chorley are designed to support every stage of life. We run dedicated sessions for teens, helping young people build confidence, strength, and healthy habits; seniors, focusing on mobility, balance, and staying active safely; and baby-dancesessions, allowing parents mix fitness and dance carrying their babies with them.
